Liberating minds and
creating fulfilling lives
Inspiring kids to align with their true purpose
A simple vision
To inspire kids to align with their true purpose.
How many of us as adults have spent our lives trying to work out our purpose in life?
Some of us may have been told we couldn’t make money out of our passion so were persuaded into jobs that would pay the bills but didn’t excite or inspire us!
Don’t you want more than that for your kids?
An inspired mission
A world where young people are entering adulthood embracing who they are and living a more fulfilled life.
The values underpinning the Mind Liberation Co.
Connection
Creating positive connections with others is the cornerstone of an emotionally healthy life. Not only is it something that drives us, but connection is also something kids seek out anyway they know how (even if a little misguided sometimes).
Empowerment
We believe that every child should feel empowered to be themselves, follow their passion, and create the life of their dreams.
Prosperity
Helping kids find ways to turn their passion into prosperity is something we excel at and love to do. Why choose between what you love and getting paid when you can have both?
Honourability
We will always choose to do what is morally right regardless of what is easier. This is also something we instil in the kids we work with as a strong moral compass is key to living an honourable life and becoming a role model for future generations.
Meet the people behind
Mind Liberation Co.

Cameron Matthew
Director and Chief Mind Liberator
Cameron grew up in the Barossa Valley in South Australia. At school he felt like a misfit – never really fit in. On top of that, he has always been one to seek to fully understand something and therefore asked a lot of questions only to be made to feel like they were stupid questions thus making him feel like he was stupid too.
Growing up on a vineyard, he aspired to run the vineyard himself one day, but his parents encouraged him to get a trade because they wanted better for him. They had the best of intentions yet what that led to was Cameron chasing money in places that weren’t aligned with his values which created depression and seeking an escape.
When a school friend, Tim, took his own life because he was so disconnected with himself and his purpose, that stuck with Cameron and he wanted to do more to help people.
An ad in a local newspaper for a hypnosis course caught his attention and that was the start of Cameron discovering his purpose. He went on to do his Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses in NLP, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis and then on to Trainer’s Training so he could teach others the skills he had learnt.
Ever since, Cameron has been working with people both as a practitioner and a trainer at Choose Act Master Performance Coaching to make their lives more aligned and fulfilling.
Nyssa Gower
Director, Secretary and Finance Wizz
Nyssa grew up with entrepreneurial parents who sometimes showed that it’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission.
She first met Cameron many years ago when she was living with chronic pain. Through engaging with his coaching strategies, Nyssa was able to better understand herself and realign her own life goals to discover her purpose and overcome her pain.
Nyssa has been an accountant for many years and loves helping her clients to realign their focus to ensure they are working towards their long-term goals and bringing their visions to life whilst focusing on what brings them joy. She regularly refers clients to Cameron to help them get their mindset right so they can get out of their own way to achieve their wildest dreams.
She is also mum to 3 kids. Nyssa believes that developing real world skills that have meaning to children is essential to creating fulfilling lives which is why she joined the board at Mind Liberation Co.

Toni Perrin
Marketing Director and Assistant Mind Liberator
Toni was what you would call an academic type at school but often got told to stop asking questions and challenging the teacher’s authority. Although she had a small group of friends, she never really felt like she fit in with the other kids and often related better to adults than her peers.
Her passion for food came on early but the only career path that seemed to be an option was a chef and the idea of spending nights and weekends working didn’t appeal. She even considered become a vet because she loved animals but that required a lot of expensive study and dealing with sick animals all day.
Toni went to university and did a business degree majoring in marketing because “at least it would be useful in some way”. Even after that, she had no idea what she wanted to do as a career until she saw an ad for a Flight Centre open day. Travel and food go hand in hand and Toni had always wanted to travel the world so she thought that taking advantage of the perks might be worth giving it a go.
Fast forward to 2020 and covid border closures put an end to her 16 year career as a travel agent. Being recently separated from her husband, having a mortgage to pay, and a young son to care for, Toni went back to her roots and started her own marketing business.
When she took Cameron on as a client, she learnt more about his courses and what he could do for people and became a student of his herself which was a pivotal point in her life. The world suddenly made more sense and Toni discovered her purpose.
Since then, Toni has met her current partner, moved to the country, and started a paddock to plate operation where she gets to live her passion for food, animals, education, and marketing.
When Cameron shared his vision for Mind Liberation Co with Toni and asked her to join the board, she was excited to be part of something that could make such a huge and lasting difference in the lives of kids including that of her own son who has had trouble with bullying and fitting in at school.
